Kyo Choi’s play, Empowered, was selected for PlayWROUGHT. Her follow up, The Apology, was written on attachment to Yellow Earth and later developed with the National Theatre. Kyo was on attachment to the National Theatre in 2019 and is working with BBC Writersroom on a new TV drama. Kyo’s mentor is Rachel Flowerday.
